I appreciated the executive lounge team. They offered really good service. kennie, caroline, ming, and shavon catered to all my requests.
during checkout, i received two invoices showing two different amounts. more accurate information during the check-in and check-out process would be beneficial.

The breakfast offered a great choice of dishes. I found the environment nice. I especially appreciated the staff. They were friendly and efficient. The bed in my room was comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located above the shopping mall at Pacific Place. Runners will appreciate proximity to the Bowen Road course. Shoppers will delight in the retail offerings in the mall below.

The hotel offers hors d'oeuvre from 530 pm in the executive lounge. Breakfast is available from 630 am, also at the executive lounge. I particularly enjoyed the dim sum offered there. It was AMAZING!!!

The front door associates are consistently great. They are helpful, attentive and professional. Ben Graham (Director of Rooms) and his team are quick to lead you to check in. The team also escorted me to the elevator.
