Jw Marriott Hotel Hong Kong – Hotel near airport in Hong Kong

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its superb location providing easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms were cozy and efficiently laid out, although on the smaller side. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was very nice, it felt small and quite expensive for what it offered. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff members who were attentive and accommodating. The location was convenient, ideal for both work and exploring Hong Kong Island. The dining options were varied but seemed overpriced, especially for vegetarians and vegans.

The hotel has a great location next to Admiralty Station and Pacific Place, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious but suffer from noise issues due to nearby construction. The service provided by Stephanie and Iris was exceptional, with attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The dining experience is delightful, especially at the lounge, with fresh local fish dishes. The facilities are well-equipped, offering amenities like room service and valet parking.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms, though a little dated, were very nice, clean, and had plenty of storage space for our clothes and luggage neatly. The Club Lounge staff were super nice and friendly, always servicing my needs with a smile. The location is excellent, conveniently connected to the Pacific Place shopping/dining complex and the MTR directly under the hotel. The dining options were great, with a full American and Asian section available.

The hotel offers an oasis of calm in the city with great views of the harbour or mountains. The staff is nice and super helpful. However, the location is very mediocre and the dining experience lacks proper hygiene practices.
